Payment and Cancellation Terms
$500 refundable deposit required
Remainder due 60 days before arrival date
If cancelled 61 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date, payments are fully refundable
If cancelled 31-60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, there is a $500 cancellation fee
If cancelled within 30-21 days of arrival date, there is a 50% cancellation fee
If cancelled less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date or in case of no show or early program termination there is a 100% cancellation fee
Change of arrival date at no charge up to 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date
Change of arrival date less than 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date: 150 USD change fee
