AEA has been creating and managing customized, faculty-led programs since 2005. We began in Asia and have been gradually expanding services to meet the needs of university and college groups traveling to Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Oceania, and Europe. No two programs are alike. We design your program specifically for you, your group, and your course of study. We are committed to providing you with honest advice and a unique, affordable, and unforgettable faculty-led program.

AEA customizes programs to 95 countries, including all of Asia, Europe, and Latin America, plus much of the Caribbean, Oceania, and three regions of Africa. We also offer service to Canada and parts of the US. A sampling of past programs have included anime in Japan; sustainability in China; engineering in Brazil; service learning in Costa Rica; Spanish in Guatemala; healthcare in Cuba; social work in Ghana; photojournalism in South Africa; business in Eastern Europe. What’s your focus?

Our online portfolio contains more than 20 condensed itineraries – such as Photography in Samoa, Service Learning in Cambodia, Art in Romania, Psychology & Service Learning in Bali, and Engineering in Vietnam & Taiwan – that we have custom created and managed for our clients. This is just a small sampling of what is possible. If you or your faculty are looking for inspiration, we are happy to provide additional itineraries, tips and ideas.

Feature 1

AEA was very knowledgeable about Cambodia and provided excellent advice as we planned a program to a new destination I had never visited. Our logistical arrangements were excellent, and our group was very pleased with the hotels and guide services provided through AEA. AEA was also very flexible with our continuously changing itinerary, allowing us to develop a program that was dynamic and responsive to group needs, while offering access to individuals whom we would not have been able to connect with ourselves. We are happy to recommend AEA to anyone planning a study abroad program.
